The easiest and simplest way to get a copy of your activation key is to log-on to your customer account on the Vendor/Reseller website where you purchased our product (e.g. Handango). We recommend you to do that first. If this does not work, you can try using this form.

TransactionID or Order Number:

The TransactionID (same as Order Number) is in the confirmation email that you received once your order has been confirmed by the Vendor/Reseller. If you lost or forgot your TransactionID, go to pockettv.com/faq.html#transactionid.

Please select the Vendor/Reseller where you purchased PocketTV.

Email:

For verification, please enter the email address that you used when you purchased PocketTV.
